from the participants we have decided to conduct the Text-Collage Workshop
one more time! Inspired by the work "Foundations" by Teuta Gatolin, which
reacts in a poetic way to texts by James Hutton and Nikola Tesla, the
workshop will experiment with the printed word. Based on the technique
of playing with texts from the history of science, visitors will start
a journey through scientific texts. By removing, cutting out or recombining
words, they create intuitive text collages.
The workshop is free of charge
and sufficient material is available, but you are welcome to bring additional
text material (magazines, books or similar).
